This route runs round the Dosso di Segonzano: it follows Val Regnana to Bedollo on the Altopiano di Piné and then takes you back to Segonzano in Valle di Cembra via a a pilgrimage site dedicated to Mary Help of Christians ('Santuario della Madonna dell'Aiuto'). Most of the ascents take place on little frequented tarmac roads; most of the descents, by contrast, on forest roads and paths.

This is a moderately difficult tour that starts and finishes at Miola di Piné. It runs along the western and northwestern slopes of Dosso di Costalta, Pontara, Stramaiolo and Campidei. The first half of the route, which is covered by woods throughout, takes you to the pastures of Malga Stramaiolo Bassa, from where you can enjoy an extensive view of the Altopiano di Pinè and the Brenta Dolomites. The second half runs lengthways along the Valley, passing by the three lakes at its bottom and across the village of Brusago and the town of Baselga di Piné.
Note: along the way, there are two stretches where it's necessary to get off your bike and push it over an overall distance of about 250 m.

The Dolomiti Lagorai Bike area covers the a Mountain Bike region with 1100 km of off-road trails. These trails are composed of woods, pastures, alpine lakes and two National Parks : Monte Corno National Park (in the western part of the region) and Paneveggio National Park (east). The area is located in Eastern Trentino (northern Italy) and includes three valleys: Fiemme, Fassa, Primiero, Valsugana, Piné Plateau and Cembra Valley.
