We are talking about cross-country skiing, an ancient practice that comes from the Nordic countries, born to move easily in the snow and then became a sport loved by mountain enthusiasts.
On the Piné Plateau and in Cembra Valley, when the snow is "enough", it is "beaten" to prepare the ski slopes. The slopes are freely accessible, with no entrance price (if one wants, it is possible to leave an offer on site) and run by volunteers together with municipalities and local associations.
- Ring slope of Brusago (municipality of Bedollo): beginners slope - 3 km
- Ring slope at ice stadium Ice Rink Piné (Municipality of Baselga di Piné): beginners slope - 1,2 km
- Ring slope of Masen (municipality of Giovo): beginners slope - 1,2 km
Access is allowed in compliance with the distancing rules (2 meters between athletes in movement, no gathering and masks on when stationary).
